Co-Founders (and mother & daughter) Kelly Childs and Erinn Weatherbie opened their gluten-free and vegan restaurant, Kindfood (now called Lettuce Love Cafe - www.lettucelovecafe.com), in 2010 and with this great success of the restaurant and the bakery within those 4 walls, their Healthy Bakery outgrew Kindfood's location and needed it's own home.

Kelly's Bake Shoppe XO opened in December 2012 at 401 Brant Street, located in downtown Burlington.
