Ideal Weight helps you know more about your physical condition

Ideal Weight helps you know more about your physical condition

BMI - Ideal Weight is a calculator that's able to give you details about your physical condition using up to 13 different indicators. From BMI to BMR, including body fat percentage, Pignet Index or Joe Weider's Bodybuilding Index.

In only three simple steps you can: first, select the indicator, second, set your weight, height and other body measures (chest, carpus, pelvis, waist and hips) and, finally, see personalized results based on your physical condition. Some indicators requires you to input your daily level of activity.

The results will highlight your overall condition and then display details and recommendations.

Ideal Weight is a good app to use as starting point of your body building or weight loss plan. The best way to reach your goals is knowing by heart your current status. This app helps you with that.
